What personal identifiable information do we collect?
We collect whatever information when you provide it to us, such as when you send us an email, register on one of our sites, subscribe to our mailing lists, and use certain services. This information may include your name, email address, billing information, and online address book entries.
What anonymous information do we collect?

- Inquiry, contact form, and click-to-call submissions — retained for up to two (2) years from the date of submission, then deleted or anonymized.
- Application and underwriting records (APE, healthcard, NHS, etc.) — retained for up to ten (10) years after the related policy ends, as required for claims and regulatory audit.
- Marketing list subscriptions — retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
- Server logs, cookies, and analytics data — retained for up to twelve (12) months, then aggregated or deleted.
When the retention period ends, your personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized so that it can no longer be associated with you.
How can you have your data deleted? (Right to Erasure)
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time. To submit a data deletion request:

Please include your full name, the email address or mobile number you used with our services, and the app or website the data was submitted through, so we can locate your records. We will acknowledge your request within seven (7) business days and complete deletion within thirty (30) days, except where we are required by law (for example, insurance, tax, or anti-fraud regulations) to retain certain records for a longer period. In such cases, we will inform you of the specific data that must be retained and the legal basis for doing so.
You may also withdraw consent, opt out of marketing communications, or lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (https://www.privacy.gov.ph) at any time.
