Login first using your IMG username/password (If NOT an IMG member, please proceed to the next step.)
- Click +Subpay Kaiser
- Fill-out the Policy Details, search the Planholder 's name (last name, first
name) or POLICY NO. in App No./Pol No. portion
- Input the Installment No. & Premium amount (policy fees/other fees and
uploading of reinstatement form if needed.)
- Click “NEXT”
- Fill-out the corresponding information (First Name, Last Name, Email)
- Choose your mode of payment
- Once done, it will now lead you to Your Order Summary. (enter your email address, billing address, etc)
- Choose your Bank then click “SELECT”
- Once completed, click the blue link “CLICK HERE TO SEND US THE PROOF OF PAYMENT FOR VERIFICATION”
- Confirm your deposit. (enter the details of your deposit payment)
- Click +Select file to upload the proof of payment
- Click Submit
For monitoring of posting of your payments please check thru your OPMS.
